10.0We had a lovely room with a view of the ocean from one window and a view beyond the Cavendish visitor center from the other. The staff, especially Emily, were polite, professional and very helpful . . . she also made a nice breakfast he next morning. We visited in the second week of October and found many restaurants and businesses had already closed for the winter. There is an easy half mile walk to the beautiful beach on the Gulf of St. Lawrence. The “Anne of Green Gables” sites are very close and most enjoyable.
