Clean and spacious 3 bdr apartment close to the beach

This is for apartment 1A, ground level. Firs I want to point out that after leaving the apartment and driving to another location we realized that we forgot a wallet with documents and cash in one of the bedrooms. We contacted the property and they told us that the cleaner found the wallet and handed it over to their office. Then they were flexible to meet us and return the wallet with all cash and documents intact. We are so grateful, otherwise we would've been stuck without docs in a foreign country. Location is excellent. We were given 2 keys which was great. It looks like the owner is reading the reviews and is improving the property. We found a new sponge, dish cloth and dish soap. There was salt, bottle of water, coffee capsules and a coffee machine in the kitchen. We cooked for 6 people and there were enough pots, pans, glasses, plates and utensils. There were extra toilet paper rolls in both bathrooms. There are separate AC units in each of the 3 bedrooms, plus one in the living room. We did get a baby crib as requested. The upper bunk bed in one of the rooms had a fence and is suitable for toddlers or young kids. The apartment was very clean and the host was responding to messages in the booking app chat. The floor is tile and easy to clean. There was also a stick vacuum to use. The TV had good program selection, we watched the world cup there. The beach is excellent for families with young kids

− All of the beds were single (USA full size), which is not a huge deal but it would be nice if at least 1 bedroom had a queen size bed for a couple to sleep on. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms.

We really liked the washing machine in the apartment, which made it very convenient for a family stay. Also, having air conditioning in every room was a big plus, especially during the hot summer days. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The key box system made check-in very easy, especially with our late arrival.

− There were electric shocks coming from the stove. However, the issue was resolved within an hour, and a completely new and good stove was installed. We really appreciated the quick response.

− Faltaba sábanas y toallas y no hay nadie que atienda y el único contacto es un teléfono, sugeriría una línea WhatsApp o responder los mails para la gente con dificultades para llamar por teléfono.

I really liked the location of the apartment, about a 3 minute walk to the beach and to a lively street with a lot of good restaurants by the beach. There's also a Carrefour market about 3 minutes away too. The apartment is brand new and has a nice balcony. We also got to try some other great beaches nearby, like Cala Llombards.

− The sofa wasn't a sofa bed as expected, just a regular couch. This was a bit inconvenient since we needed the extra sleeping space.
