I'd return!
7.0− Instructions for Keurig seemed to assume the machine was empty of water. It wasn't. So my hot cocoa overflowed - luckily not also overflowing the catch tray (which I emptied and cleaned). Either staff should make sure Keurig is empty or instructions should be modified.

7.0The location worked well for what we wanted. Checking in and out was smooth and very easy.
− The room was very hot when we got there and the thermostat didn't do anything to really change the comfort of the room. I had to crack open the window to sleep comfortably and it was a cold night (we woke up to a light snow).
