6.0I booked a room for 4 but they charged me 108 dollars more because they said it was for 2 kids. The room was hot and the fan was dirty with mold on it. The partial ocean view was completely covered by an old palm tree that needed trimming. The WI-FI did not work in the room. The outside was beautiful though.

2.0Really disappointed with our stay this time around we have stayed multiple times but this visit was not acceptable, pool super dirty , people eating in the pools , super noisy at night loud people kids running through hall ways plus we were charged for my 13 year old as an extra ( adult ) so that was unexpected so don’t think we will be coming back soon which is unfortunate because like I said we have stayed here with no issues in the past ( plus the lady in the reception was rude )
