Had a great time, but some things should be better!
8.0This is my second time at Sharm Reef, the hotel has great chefs, food variety with a very high quality, both the pool and beach are awesome, especially for snorkeling lovers, a huge variety of marine life and beautiful coral reefs will make your day. All inclusive experience definitely worth it, as the pool snacks specially the pizza & drinks are a nice treat in between meals. Most of the staff were nice, welcoming & hospitable, Mohamed Shehta from the restaurant & Tarek Fathi at pool bar are good examples for that.
− Last year it exceeded my expectations, this year it didn't. The hotel was exerting much effort in replacing the floor tiles in the front of restaurant area, which is fine but renovating the old family rooms must be given the highest priority on the management agenda. We have waited almost 3 hours for our room to be ready then placed in a room with an old malfunctioning air conditioner, thanks to Mr. Haytham Mansour he has relocated us to another room. Still in the second room one of the air conditioners wasn't working as it should and they sent someone to fix it. It was not efficiently fixed but its performance was a bit acceptable. Both rooms were old, which is something we as Egyptians usually don't make fuss about. Though giving much attention to renovating the rooms (and replacing/fixing the air conditioners) should have the highest priority.

10.0The staff is soooo amazing. They are so friendly and smiley. The beach area is also really nice. I wish you could stay longer at beach (only until 6 pm) and if the bus was more frequent.

10.0Grazie mille a tutti. Anton e Abdo alla reception sono stati fantastici, e il cibo era vario, necessitando solo di qualche piccolo aggiustamento, ma nel complesso il posto era buono e ci siamo trovati bene.

10.0مش اول مرة في شرم ريف والصراحة كل سنة المكان بيكون احلي واجمل وبنبسط جدا جدا بجد من كل حاجة الناس كلها بتساعد قمة الذوق حقيقي ابتداء من الاستقبال الاستاذ عبدالرحمن دايما بيساعد وبيحل اي مشكلة ممكن تواجهنا كمان احمد كان مسئول عن نظافة الغرفة و الشباب في البار والمطعم مش عاوزه انسي حد اكيد وان شاء الله السنة برضوا نكون في شرم ريف

10.0Konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle resepsiyonda görev yapan Abdurrahman çok güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Tüm otel çalışanları her konuda yardımcı olmak için çaba gösteriyordu. Otelde geçirdiğimiz süre oldukça keyifliydi. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.
