Italian "fawlty towers"
4.0My husband and I thought that the best way to describe this place was to compare it to "fawlty towers" with the grumpy owner that really wished he was not in hotel business and the lady serving breakfast wished she was somewhere else and would not bother talking with us in italian. For the breakfast i had to ring the bell and wake up the owner for him to open doors. He showed up with a shirt and what might have been his underwear. We were never able to access the swimming pool. All doors/gates were closed

8.0Nous avons eu un appartement dans une villa proche de l'hôtel. 2 chambres doubles. Une kitchenette avec peu de vaisselle. Une salle de bain sans fenêtre et 2 ampoules donc assez sombre. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et personne n'est venue faire du ménage ni même nous apporter un rouleau de papier toilette !! pas de petit déjeuner de compris. Belle piscine avec des transats. Situé au pied de l'Etna. C'était vraiment très pratique.

10.0Beautiful accommodations and we would go back any day! Perfectly clean and all necessities provided. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful and we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!
