6.0I gave my Hotels.com booking reference number to hotel staff a few days before my arrival to arrange transport transfer form port to hotel. However, hotel staff could not find my bboking!!! Finally, I showed my Hotels.com booking voucher to hotel staff upon arrival, they told me my reserved room at Single Flight Backpackers was not available and arranged me to stay at Ding Ding Backpackers instead. It's quite a mess that they handled online booking.
