Overall in the 7 days that I rented here I was very happy and comfortable renting here and will rent again in the future
10.0The manager’s husband and wife are very helpful, friendly and professional. I liked the price ( Budget friendly ). The location close to restaurants, stores, my credit union and the freeway. Downstairs. Parking very close to my room. I liked the king size bed, bathroom, ac, tv and tables. No roaches, spiders, bugs and rodents.
− The only thing I didn’t like was the mini fridge that made a very loud noise when I first plugged it. Then I decided to keep it unplugged and not use it anymore.

Horrible angry owner screaming about everything
3.0There were no roaches. It was quiet. It was fairly clean. The owner was a horrible angry man that doesn’t even have the common sense to look at the reservation before he decides everyone will come in and screw up his motel. He’s the only screw up.
− This man started screaming at “hello”. Screamed “do you smoke?” Screamed suspiciously “how many guests” I filled all that out before I got there on my work trip. I asked him why he’s so angry and he lost it and threw my I.D. At me and walked away. His wife was there and I asked her to sign me in and she did so silently. We went to our room afraid that this jerk would throw us out at any minute. Also there’s a deposit that’s never mentioned but he’s sure he knows everything. He made the whole thing suck.
Good value in good central location
8.0Good value rate. Centrally located, was quiet and clean felt safe. Across the street from restaurant which was convenient. Free parking, easy check in, accommodated special room request
− Older property furnishings and room could use an update. Would have liked a fridge in room but not a big deal
