6.0The common areas were freezing cold. They used outdoor propane heaters in the dining room which is very dangerous and ineffective. The beef which I ordered medium was almost raw. The cook could be heard screaming in the kitchen which made me not want to bother sending it back. They undercharged us and then called our next hotel to ask them to tell us we owed them money instead of reaching out to us. It was their error and of course we paid the balance due but they implied that we skipped out which was awkward.

2.0We prepaid and then they demanded that we pay them again at the end of our stay. It was too early in the morning to fight and we were running late for our flight from Julliaca. The desk person was worthless. We will have to notify Travelocity about the problem and get a refund. Good location, but there are better.
