7.0Patiko terasa 8 aukšte, numerio dydis, švara, chalatai minkšti ir patogūs.
− Šalia viešbučio statybos, trukšmas nuo 6-7 ryto, neįmanoma pailsėti, jei numeris į tą pusę. Nepatiko SPA ribojimas (2val tik per dieną , reikia nuolat stebėt laiką), rankšluosčiai maži ir taip pat ribojami baseinuose. Nepatogi išgulėta lova ir pagalvės nepatogios. Nėra tolygios temperatūros vandens numeryje, dažniau bėga karštas, nei šaltas vanduo. Pusryčių metu nėra pasirinkimo sulčių, yra tik pomidorų sultys, bėga iš aparato sintetiniai gėrimai, stipriai skiesti vandeniu. Indus bei stalą restorane reikia tvarkyti patiems...

− Nepatiko personalas visur tiek spa zonoi tiek registratūroi. Nemalonus bendravimas nesugeba tinkamai išaiškinti to ko paklausi.
