− el sistema de calefacción es insuficiente, el dormitorio nunca se terminó de calentar y no llega la calefacción al baño, con las bajas temperaturas el aire acondicionado no es suficiente.

− El hotel en si esta muy bueno, me toco un piso y una habitación donde se escuchaban todos los ruidos y habria que hacer mas incapie en la limpieza, pedirle al personal que le ponga más esmero más que nada en los pisos.
