Beautiful room, Poor Management
6.0We were double booked, given the access code for a room which was already occupied. Since no one is actually at the property, it took over a hour to reach the management. We were finally discovered by a cleaning lady. Who let us into another room. The next day we were rudely told we needed to move to the original room. It was added stress by the manager for no apparent reason.
