2.0We arrived a little after 11pm to check in, while i understand for a family business this is late at night, the person who came to the desk was very rude and difficult to talk to, my reservation was for a queen bed and 2 guests, for whichever reason they gave me 2 beds, which is fine… until the next morning when I went to get my deposit back- the older gentlemen was screaming at the top of his lungs at what im assuming was his family the entire 10 mins or so I was there It was extremly uncomfortable to the point I considered calling the police, the you gentleman then checked the room and said he would have to charge me an additional $120 for using both beds… thats almost double the cost of booking a room with 2 beds and I could have stayed at the best western and had a peaceful stay at that cost. When I asked why give me that room type if I hadnt booked he simply said we did you a favour letting you have a ground floor. Proffesionalism 0/10
