6.0No air conditioning,in a somewhat sketchy area. No air and could not leave windows open because someone could easily get through the screens.

− Wasn’t very clean no full length mirror or toaster vending machine broke and the worst was construction every morning g at 6:30 am right next to the window
Would reccomend staying here for a weekend getaway!
9.0Upon arrival our room was very clean, smelled fresh, and had the vibe of an Airbnb rather than hotel which we enjoyed! The beds are very comfortable and the location is just a short 5 minute walk to town which was an added bonus! We have stayed in seaside for over 20 years and this would be a place I’d come back to again!
− The photos on booking.com show 2 separate bedrooms and a living area however our room had a bed kitchenette and dining table all in one space with a wall intersecting the other queen bed. We also struggled with the lock box for the key when leaving but thankfully office staff helped and we had no further issues.

− Insufficient coffee drinks , getting the key was a huge problem and shower was too small . Parking was complicated. I expected more for my money .

10.0Everything inside the unit was absolutely beautiful up and up to par. I had a great location you could walk to the beach in minutes. It truly was the perfect spot.
− Parking can be a little tight but honestly once you get there, I don’t see much driving around if you’re staying in Seaside to enjoy the area then you can park and probably walk everywhere like we did
