Great location
10.0We’ve stayed at a lot of different hotels in Austin, I think this is my favorite so far in the price range. The location is great if you like to shop and there are good restaurants within walking distance. The other guests are quiet and respectful, the property is nice and chill. Very nice rooms and staff.

10.0The location in SoCo avenue is fantastic, nice walks in the area and plenty of restaurants, bars and stores

7.0Mostly good location and nice room
− Don’t clean room everyday for an expensive hotel seems rather odd to me. Water in the shower was like warm at best and nothing was done about it
I am sad the hotel won’t be there when we are back later this year.
9.0Design and furniture were great and well considered. It felt independent the team were wonderful
− The really loud party was very loud as predicted but we’re looked after and given earplugs and an invite
Nice centrally located hotel

− A bit tired, maintenance issues with doors around the property, feels a bit bare . Rumor is that this hotel is closing and reopening under The Standard brand.
