10.0First class all the way. Beautiful grounds and facilities and the staff were wonderful. Excellent craft cocktails also. We had dinner there one evening and the food was crazy good.

The communication leading up to our arrival was seamless, the welcome upon check-in genuinely warm, and every detail of our stay reflected a level of care that is increasingly difficult to find. A special thank you to Nick S., whose kindness, attentiveness, and effortless professionalism made us feel less like guests and more like friends returning home. He created the feeling of being welcomed into something personal rather than simply checking into a hotel. The Madrona is more than a beautiful property; it is a place where hospitality is practiced with grace and authenticity. We left feeling rested, cared for, and already looking forward to our next visit.

10.0We had a wonderful stay with our friends at The Madrona. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is also an ideal location for amazing wine tasting, shopping and restaurants!
