A local option with charming facilities but untrained staff
6.0The location and staff in the restaurant were wonderful along with my room itself, which was a full suite and both unique and striking.
− The entire check-in and check-out process was amateurish, unclear, and staffed by incompetent people. I was not properly greeted on arrival, had to ask numerous times for multiple things. and at checkout was made to pay cash for things I had precleared to be able to charge. The first and last impressions of a place are what you remember and neither were good here.
