7.0− The place is clean, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. However, our room faced the street, resulting in traffic noise. Additionally, we were charged over 2,000 liras for items that were not worth that amount—it felt as though the prices were doubled. There was no prior notice that these items such ( Carbonated water and mineral water etc.) were for purchase, nor were the prices marked on them.

7.0Alles was schoon. Ontbijt redelijk goed. Maar Ontbijt zal in kelder dat is minder. Goede vriendelijke personeel.
− Voor zwembad voor haar kapjes moesten wij 1400 te betalen voor 4p. In de kamer geen enkel koffiemachine, oude zakjes tee en papieren kopjes . Bed was super laag bij onze kamer. Ik had geen gevoel dat het 5 sterren hotel was.

Exceptional Breakfast, Friendly Staff
10.0Check-in process was smooth and receptionist took my luggage to my room and explained all amenities. There is a minibar, Smart TV with screen mirroring (depending on the room). Gym, Pool, Sauna and Hot tub all working fine, relatively clean and well maintained. Massage service is great and reasonability priced for a 5 stars hotels Breakfast is exceptional, I've found myself hesitating what to take There was an issue with my room, as soon as I reported it, they came to my room, took my luggage to a temporary room, and I was upgraded the following day, process was smooth and they quickly fixed the issue, this was very much appreciated! Cleaning staff are also very friendly, they always left water bottles in my door.
− Thorough cleaning in some sections in the room and toilet would be appreciated The minibar compressor is very noisy, I had to turn off the breaker every night to sleep (some people might not want to touch the panel; though)
