7.0− Imóvel com muito mofo e aspecto do piso do banheiro ruim. Estava limpo mas o aspecto é ruim

− O quarto é muito diferente da foto, paredes sujas, móveis velhos, colchão velho... Praticamente dormi em um buraco.
Avaliação positiva, porém com pequenas pontuações a serem feitas.
10.0Localização, atendimento dos funcionários, estrutura do flat, tem basicamente o que se precisa pra estadia.
− O flat que fiquei foi o 104 precisa de pequenos reparos, nas paredes há infiltração e está parte desmanchando. No banheiro não há local no box pra colocar sabonete e shampoo, a caixa acoplada não enche rápido precisa de limpeza. Não há também tomadas perto das camas pra facilitar o carregamento do celular e notebook.
