− The fact that while I was drying off after a shower, the tile where I placed my foot gave way and crumbled causing me to fall. The tile and little pieces of plaster stayed there on the floor after I told 2 people about it.

I will never stay anywhere else in Bloomington
10.0Extremely friendly and accommodating. They operate like a local family-run business and not a large corporation. They offer a unique breakfast option each morning. The rooms are in old buildings, some of which they have moved to this location. While the buildings are old, I have seen them being renovated a room at a time over the past 5 years I have been staying in this location. It is a short walk to the Indiana Memorial Building and to many restaurants.

10.0So much better than expected! The highlights were the extra friendly staff, cutest bedroom (super clean), and amazing breakfast. Highly recommend!
