Altogether a very fine hotel. This was our second stay here.
9.0Good reception staff. Unlimited Tunnock’s caramel wafers.
− Steak Frites in the restaurant was slightly over-cooked and had not been properly rested. One server in the restaurant kept saying “no worries” which got quickly annoying.

7.0Bed was comfortable and breakfast was very good.
− Room was very hot and the windows didn't open far enough to get air flow. Stairs to room so difficult if you have mobility issues.

9.0Overall it was above and beyond what I expected Staff excellent and couldn't do enough for you. Food was very good and definitely more than I expected
− No lift and we where 3 flights up
