Die Insel Langkawi ist echt klasse, das Hotel werden wir sicher nie wieder buchen.

− Es war dreckig, die Zimmer waren dreckig, der Pool und um den Pool war es dreckig, nie wieder. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich, was man von Malaysia eigentlich gar nicht kennt. Sogar im Taman Negara war das Hotel deutlich besser

10.0I got the premier Seaview room. A really comfortable stay, comfy beds, spacious room, clean bathroom, swimming was great, they have the water slides for the younger and older kids, beachfront property, easy access to the sea. Plenty of parking near the hotel.
− The cons are : the breakfast was not that tasty and no toothbrush set in their amenities.
In sya Allah will come again here. Amazing view and fantastic location.
10.0The view from our balcony is SUPER AMAZING. The beach is just in front of you. Morning walk by the beach was so relaxing.The premium executive seaview room is SUPER BIG. The location is excellent, nearby to almost everything. All walking distance.
− Parking is limited. The hotel didn't give us parking card when we checked in the first day. We only got the parking lot beside the hotel on the second day.
Great location, however the hotel and the facilities need a refresh.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent resident's MY PR Card are exempted.
Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be RM3 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards.
For Prestigious Events, Heritage Fee will be RM6 per night applicable during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia
