− Clerk said she didn’t have my reservation . When I showed her the confirmation email she refused to honor the quoted price. So we left.

1.0− Roaches and rude woman checking me in around 2:30 am after packing my house up in a moving truck all week. I was hoping for a clean room that I could get some rest and take a shower in the morning. Walk in to the room roach by the sink, I slept with my clothes on top of the bed and left at 9:00 am because I felt rested enough to drive again on my way to Arizona. It had been a long short week closing on my house in Kansas, packing all my belongings on to a truck I’m sure I looked like a homeless person, the woman was rude, I reserved a non-smoking room traveling with my pet Beagle. Not pet friendly at all. Got into the room and had ash trays and the smell of smoke was heavy. My throat is still not right. Attaching the pick of the roach by the sink. I truly need a refund on this I have never requested such a thing but I was exhausted, low on cash and it was 2:30 am.
