− We made reservations while driving, but when we pulled into the hotel, it looked NOTHING like the pictures and we felt unsafe. Didn’t even get out of the car. Drove another two hours just to not stay here.
My stay was frustrating, outside from the young man at check in and the two female housekeepers that tried to make my st
2.0The evening staff was wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful.
− The place was unorganized, I checked in at 5:30 or 6pm, housekeeping was still cleaning rooms. I was assigned a room that was half clean, then given a second room where the TV didn’t work and all three rooms had bugs, like gnats from the doors being left open during the cleaning process.
Nothing good to say about it ! Very disappointing for what I paid for a room!
