Walked into one room dirty as fuck and 2nd was cleaner but had cockroaches

Lady at front desk very nice and agreed with me on the condition of the hotel. Very apologetic and refunded my money.

− She said she hadn't been trained and had no way to look up a booking. Said she could only charge me cash. She was sleeping on the floor in the lobby. The front desk had roaches crawling in it. The f front desk also had a very strong odor of cat urine. She gave me the key to the room and had to drive in to of a hill to get to it. Looked like a slum lord type apartment building, in major state of disrepair. Walked in to check from, and upon entering the door the smell of cat urine was overwhelming. The room itself was unsanitary. Refrigerator not even plugged in. Lighting in restroom was incomplete and open, an obvious fire hazard. Took the key back and advised her of the ridiculous conditions. She apologized and refunded my money. Stay clear of this hotel its a disaster. They are still trying to charge my debit card although never spent me than 5 minutes there. When i can the health dept and fire inspector it will likely be shut down.

DONT STAY HERE!!!! It's awful and we are ok with older places needing some TLC but don't go here

Nothing. Didn't stay there. Fighting with booking for a refund. This place should not be on their list of places to rent. That's why I book threw them. I thought any place we took would be decent. I don't care about older or minor things but hallway had ceiling falling down. Debris just laying on the floor. Smelled like cat pee. Tons of cats outside. Even a rubermaid container full of kittens right at front door. If your allergic to cats don't stay here. No real bathroom lights. They duct taped string lights up. Scetchy place. Vynil.cming off outside of building. Much needed repair.

− Nothing didn't stay here at all. Can't believe booking has this place on their site. Booking refuses to give money back. We booked one night and didn't stay any nights. My son and husband said no way we aren't staying here and we don't care about older even 80s carpet and decor if it's clean. That is not what you get here. Hallway roof falling in from leak. Debris just laying on the floor. I'm not staying in a place with water and mold damage. When my son open his door 3 doors opened to see who it was as if they were waiting for a (delivery ). He suspected maybe drug deals. Door was apparently kicked in prior. Huge dents. AC has huge dent in it. Bathroom had no real light fixtures just a set of string lights duct taped to wall. I give creativity for that but unsafe for areas with water. So dark in room only had one light and it barely worked and you could hardly see in the room. I'd give this place a zero but can't. Go on down to next exit and you will find nice places. We stayed at Daniel boon inn instead. Older but clean and nice area
