1.0− We read the reviews, which were really bad, and decided we could not stay there--room was not clean, stained sheets, feces and urine on the toilet.

8.0Clean. good food in close distance. Shower was clean and plenty of hot water. Good breakfast food. Staff were helpful. Pool looked nice.
− A/C didn’t work great in room. No cold water available at breakfast or reception. Breakfast coffee was not great. Water slide area under construction and not advertised as closed. No natural lighting.

4.0Good location. Big room.
− We booked this hotel because of the pool/water slides. When we got there the slides were shut down, the pool was closed. Our room had dirty cups on the floor & a sunflower seed shell on the sink counter. There was no shower curtain & the fridge wasn't working. A few of the staff were friendly, but also some not friendly staff. The fitness room wasn't cleaned a single time in the 3 days we used it. And there was a lot of tacky signs about being charged extra for things like breakfast plates in the room or pool towels in the room. It's what I would expect from a hotel that charged $100/night, but for $500/night we were VERY VERY disappointed in our stay.

2.0− I was very disappointed with this stay. The bathroom was not clean, there was hair in the bathtub, and a wet towel was left behind the room door. The biggest issue was that both the adult and children’s pools were closed, even though they were advertised as available. We booked this hotel in advance and never received any email or notice about the closure. Our child was very upset because we chose this hotel mainly for the pool. Overall, this was not the experience we expected.
