2.0old musty needs some serious renovations, staff was helpful
− Pool broke, breakfast limited, no wifi or cell service, carpet smelled bad and saw cockroach

1.0Not much.
− The pool was not available (which was not advertised). The first room I was in I got eaten up by bed bugs. They switched me to a different room and that one had cockroaches. So I checked out early and demanded a refund and they are now giving me the run around and avoiding my calls when technically I didn’t even finish out the stay yet that hasn’t been refunded either. And the property is simply dirty and not well maintained.

− Pool was closed yet labeled on booking. Hot tub was dirty

1.0Nothing, property is aged, badly unkept, in need of expensive maintenance and filthy.
− The room was in a state of disrepair, o had to repair the aged toilet fill valve to flush, but he sheets, etc were stained and badly aged. Not clean, the lobby stank, I used to two cans of Lysol just to stay in the room.
