6.0Room did not have a fridge and the pool and hottub were not open and that is frustrating when you booked a stay which had this as an amenity.

2.0Got to the hotel, no elevator and they would not accommodate moving us to the main floor. My mom is with and can not navigate stairs very well at all. No pool or hot tub until further notice. Front desk was rude and unhelpful. Definitely our last ti e here.
