10.0The location is great and the property is well secured. They are on top of their cleaning as they clean the room everyday. The restaurant food is good and there's a supermarket right across the street. I would definitely stay there again.

2.0I had my ID on my phone the desk manager refused to take it I told her I can send it by email and she could print it out and put it in file just like she would do the hardcopy as the end result is the same an ID on record she refused to cooperate and find a solution
