− Bathroom, no refrigerator. Bed was uncomfortable. Box spring was dirty . Burn whole in the mattress. Sink was broke, no soap to wash with , they had no extra blankets

3.0The proximity to the Long Island International Film Expo was the reason I picked this venue. It was a 40 minute walk, or an 8 min drive. Sam, one of the staff members was excellent. I, however cannot give a high rating to the staff in general because a cleaner walked in without knocking or any kind of warning, which felt intrusive.
− The place was very seedy-looking, noticeably old, and not particularly clean. Frankly, it was the cheapest option, but by far the worst place I've ever stayed at. It looks like it's needed refurbishing for 15 years, or at minimum a deep clean and fumigation; we had bugs in the room. Frankly, I should have asked for money back.
