− The cleanliness could have been better - floors and surfaces hadn’t been cleaned/dusted in a while. Wifi wasn’t always good.

− The room was dated. Needs a refresh The tv was problematic and turned itself on in the middle of the night. We had to unplug it. Mid week cleaning would have been nice

7.0Loved the location. The large pool area is fantastic. The 2 bedroom room was a good size and well laid out.
− The hot water was hopeless in our bathroom with a bathtub. We would have to run the water from the tub taps at the same time as showering to increase the water pressure and get hot water. It was very frustrating. The apartment was on the bottom floor which meant a lot of noise through the ceiling from the apartment upstairs. Also the air con units reverberate and make noise through the louvres which makes sleeping challenging, even though the rooms are very dark with the louvers shut.
