10.0Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, chocolate on your pillows and refreshed towels when we got back!! Pick up service from ferry. Couldn’t be more pleased with location! Will definitely be back!

Less classy than a Hampton Inn
4.0Other than being in an old building, I don’t see what sets this hotel apart. The seasonal staff are horrible, doorman played on his phone while I carried our bags up the stairs, front desk couldn’t care less about not having the booked rooms available. They stripped away all the class trying to achieve modern conveniences but the hotel doesn’t have those either. Window AC units, tiny beds, no lift, terrible water pressure etc. Either be new and modern or old and classy.
Lovely inn in a great location
10.0The staff at this hotel are so friendly and helpful! Would stay here again just to see them again. Great location! Walkable to ferry and all the shops and restaurants in the main town. We also enjoyed the free bike rentals offered by the hotel. We had a lovely room with a small bathroom, but we were very comfortable. No one says this hotel is haunted, but there were definitely lots of creeks and bumps in the night! So be prepared. Also, coffee ran out early each morning and there’s no coffee in the rooms, but it was no problem for us to walk to a local coffee shop to grab some.
