8.0Clean, bed comfy, friendly staff and close to amenities. Stayed there 8 years ago when a sweet gentleman was just renovating the place. Even ended up in the same room as 8 years ago
− Construction right where you turn in. It's not good for low automobiles to turn in..

− Even for the cheap price it should be better maintained. It looked as nobody took any effort to make it nice (even at the time of construction/renovation, e.g. painting was on the edges of the mirror)
