Location good, but building and customer service needs improvement.
4.0Location was great
− Ants in the room. The ac in my room and next door, is loud. Doors slamming all around my room. The units on each side and downstairs under me. Walls are thin. No cleaning service, had to go to the front desk to get towels and wash cloths. Front desk guy was never up front when need service and checking out.

9.0Perfect location for the pony swim! Carnival, swim & parade were all walking distance from the hotel. Great location for restaurants and groceries as well as the evening sunsets.
