Das personal war unglaublich freundlich & zuvorkommend. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt. Alle unglaublich freundlich & aufmerksam! Das Frühstück wurde auf Nachfrage auch individuell angepasst. Die Lage ist super. In max 10 Fahrminuten hast du die verschiedensten Strände erreicht. Im Zentrum von Villasiumius warst du in 0 Gehminuten. Das Hotel ist unglaublich schön, tolles Ambiente. Sonnenschirme, Stühle, etc. für den Strand wurden uns vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt. Also eine wirklich herzliche Empfehlung!

A family-run and intimate hotel in the center of Villasimius, on the main street. The room had a balcony overlooking the street, but it wasn't noisy, allowing us to enjoy the atmosphere of a Sardinian town in the evenings. The rooms were clean and, upon request, cleaned daily. The interior patio was very pleasant and spacious. Breakfast was served in the patio. The terrace offered views of the town and surrounding hills. The service was among the best you could find. The manager, Massimo, and the rest of the team were very helpful, accommodating, and extremely communicative. If we needed anything, they were always there to help. We had vegan dietary needs and the hotel made sure we always had a good breakfast.

After five years of traveling the world and staying in more hotels than I can count, Hotel Belvir stands out as one of the very best experiences I've had. The hotel itself is wonderful — but what elevates it from great to unforgettable is its owner, Massimo. The hotel itself is genuinely lovely: a gorgeous rooftop terrace with sweeping views, a beautiful courtyard, spotless rooms that are bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage and a proper desk to work from, a great bed, and a breakfast buffet with excellent coffee that I looked forward to every morning. The location is unbeatable — right on the main street, which turns into a lively pedestrian walkway in the evenings full of cafés and restaurants, and just a short walk to the shuttle that gets you to some of Sardinia's most beautiful beaches. But what makes Hotel Belvir truly special is Massimo. He doesn't run this hotel like a business — he runs it like he's welcoming friends and family into his own home. He's part manager, part concierge, part miracle-worker, always finding a solution no matter what you need. He set me up with faster wifi so I could handle work video calls without a hitch, helped me plan out everything I wanted to do in the area, and was constantly checking in, engaging, and going out of his way to make sure my stay was perfect — not because it's his job, but because he genuinely cares about giving his guests the best possible experience. On top of it all, his English, German, and Italian are flawless, so communication is never a barrier. Finding a place this special after five years on the road felt like a real gift. I'm so grateful for the week I spent here, and even more grateful to have met someone as warm and generous as Massimo. If you want to experience the very best of Sardinia, Hotel Belvir is the place to stay.

Hotel in pieno centro e a 10 minuti dalle spiagge di Villasimius. Camere confortevoli e pulite. Colazione adeguata sia per dolce vie salato. Il piatto forte è il gestore che ti fa sentire come a casa , sempre super disponibile a dare consigli su come muoversi e ad aiutare a prenotare spiagge, escursioni e ristoranti. Consigliatissimo!!
