10.0Rustig gelegen en op ongeveer slechts 10 minuten tot het stadscentrum met de gratis tram. Keukenvoorzieningen waren top. Terras buiten heel aangenaam.
− Er is geen airco en in een hittegolf wordt het te warm binnen.
