8.0A qualidade geral, a limpeza e o conforto do hotel são excelentes. As instalações são muito bem mantidas, a limpeza dos espaços é impecável e o nível de conforto proporciona uma estadia verdadeiramente tranquila e acolhedora. Destaque também para a área da piscina exterior, que é um excelente espaço para relaxar.
− O pavimento em redor da piscina exterior tem uma textura muito agressiva para os pés, sendo indispensável o uso de chinelos até ao momento de entrar na água. Seria um ponto a rever ou melhorar no futuro para tornar a área circundante mais confortável e agradável de utilizar.

− O hotel está a precisar de remodelação urgente. Alcatifa nos quartos e pingava mim dos sitios do teto da sala de jantar.

− Para um hotel de 5 estrelas deixa muito a desejar. A qualidade do hotel é bastante má, os produtos de higiene são muito limitados e o hotel é bastante básico
