Need better directions to hotel
6.0I wanted airport pickup as it was one of the amenities advertised. I could not get hold of the hotel on the phone and when I finally did no one spoke English. I enlisted the help of hotels.com to contact them. Still no progress. There was no one waiting for me. I took a cab and the driver had an extremely hard time finding the place. He had his GPS on but there was no sign in front of the hotel. He had to go round and round and I had to pay more for the trip.

10.0The place is very clean. Close to airport, bus station, restaurants, shops. The host is very nice and accommodating.

6.0Overall had a good experience. There was a night club playing loud music all night, that was a negative. Room didn't seem to be very sound isolated. Also, cleanliness was not good.

4.0It was very very very old. The linens were awful. The TV was nice. The bathroom was very very small. Shower was awful. Balcony would not open. It was quiet area. The owner was nice. It was one of the worst places I have stayed.
