6.0The room was not vaccuumed. Long black hair in the bathroom.

4.0The front staff was not friendly. The carpet in the room had oily stains throughout. The air conditioner was noisy and sounded like a freight train. Slight odor when entering the room. The bed linens were clean and smelled good as did the towels and wash cloths. But, the rooms need som upgrading.
