10.0The room was clean took my grandkids to the pool they love it. All in all great experience.
− I was upstairs but just because I’m old.

− Flies were terrible, we saw roach and stink bugs in room .Carpet looked old and dirty .Light bulbs by sink were out . Chairs very uncomfortable and beds the same .

− Breakfast no longer included if you book through 3rd party, the pool reeks and leaves a horrible smell on your skin. App says 2pm check in but it's actually 3

5.0I liked that the room had sliding door access to the open lounge commons area. The room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was AMAZING!
− The room is old and outdated. The bed headboard was old and appeared dirty but it was actually the faux leather peeling off from where people constantly have their heads propped up on the headboard. So I just made sure not to place my head close to that spot. The shampoo/conditioner and bar soap was not like Dove brand or anything of that quality. It was some cheap, tiny, 1.5 oz bottle of “something” that I did not use. My husband used the shampoo.ni did not. I only used the bar soap. Coffee maker is old and does not use standard coffee pods. I like to travel with my own pods and use the Kurig that most Hotel rooms have. This one does not use Kurig. The refrigerator did not get very cool even after i tuned it to near the coldest setting- by morning my items were just chilled- not cold. I used the public restroom just off the public commons area- water all over the floor. Wondered if there was a water leak in there but it was also located near the pool. The restroom smelled like sewer, too. Was not clean at all. Overall, my stay was ok. I’m happy that the room was clean.. just very outdated. I would stay here again if I was trying to save money or had no other choices of places to stay.
