10.0Everything and everyone was wonderful! We always come down here and stay the night here for the Fallsburg Fearplex. So worth it everytime

10.0We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Louisa. The staff was very friendly and did a great job, especially the gentleman behind the front desk and the woman who took care of the breakfast bar.
