8.0Staff was friendly but soap dispenser broken..was hanging on the wall and they dont Provide tissues,floor dusty ...i ask if i can book the taxi in the reception..but they just said..i have to book in my own...w/c is fair enough..apart from that..i enjoyed my stay..thanks to the boy who changed my bed sheets for the first day sorry can't remember his name 😀

6.0It is a place I always wanted to go to but not any more the room smelled badly and the bed sheets were stained with blood or something not good.

4.0I like the easy accessibility to shopping malls, train and other public transport. But i do find their service lacking in professionalism. The hotel would do better to consider having rooms available for family with 2 double beds.
