Negative stay overall. Felt harassed and unsafe. The room was okay but no good hospitality behavior from front desk.
1.0Easy check in at first but give a weirdo a mile and they assume they can step all over you trying to harass you. Rude behavior from the guy in the front desk.
− The guy from front desk continually harassed me and my family since the start of the first day. He came banging on our door twice two days out of four of our stay creeping out my family claiming he needed to do an inspection mid stay which is very much illegal. My family and I left the room how we received it given we brought our own sheets and blankets. Our daughter 3 years old was afraid due to the banging and drilling in the room next door to us by the guy from front desk was doing as well as cleaning our room window. He even laughed about not having no do not disturb signs which led me to make my own. The room didn’t have no safety lock which made us feel very unsafe and uncomfortable after the first night I found many negative reviews regarding his negative hospitality. That guy is a very high red flag of a person. He seems to profile people wrongly and harass women and families. My pregnant wife needed to rest due to some health issues and that man harassed and claimed to need help and also to need to talk to me. We ended up canceling our reservation mid stay because of the unprofessional behavior and service provided at this establishment. Had to escalate to continually file claims which remained consistent via phone with booking.com luckily I managed to get a refund and my $40 deposit which according to other reviews it’s either between $20-$100. This place is a total scam. Typical for a motel where there’s hookers and tweakers.

− This place I don’t like it because the staff they control where to park and where my car facing too and I love to cook my own food for my own taste and my own way they end up stop myself to cook in the room they told me to stop cook in the room and go buy food from the restaurant how about I don’t have enough money to buy food from the restaurants
