Todo me gustó!!! El Hostal es excelente!!! Su ubicación a mano de todos los lugares emblemáticos de Madrid. La amabilidad de su personal es para destacar, tanto en las dos recepciones que tiene, una en la plata baja que está abierta las 24 horas y es un dato no menos, en épocas dónde los ingresos son contacto con personas físicas, es lo más común. Y la otra recepción en el 6to piso. Las habitaciones limpias,amplias, cómodas, con aire acondicionado, nevera, hervidor eléctrico, te, café, galletas y un baño grande, no muy común en los hostales. Se destaca la amabilidad del personal de limpieza, todas las chicas han sido muy amables y atentas y mantienen muy bien las habitaciones y lugares comunes. El desayuno es un capítulo aparte, excelente, abundante, variado y de muy buena calidad, tanto en lo salado como en lo dulce. Se repone de manera permanente. El lugar, cómodo con una vista de la Gran Vía hermosa. Hostal totalmente recomendable!!!

La limpieza, el desayuno y la atención.

− Las pequeñas dimensiones de la habitación y que disponía de una pequeña ventana que daba a un patio de luces interior un poco tetrico. Asimismo, escuchaba de forma bastante intensa los ronquidos del huésped de la habitación de al lado. Finalmente, aunque tenía el aire acondicionado apagado, sentía frío, probablemente procedente de la habitación contigua (supongo que por un mal aislamiento).
