8.0We enjoyed the beach and the sea, but it would be better if the hotel could find a way to remove the seaweed. The beach towels provided by the hotel were disappointing, as they had many large, unsightly stains. On the positive side, we appreciated the all-inclusive services and the friendly staff at the bars who served drinks. It would be helpful if the hotel could include more options, like ice cream, in the all-inclusive package. The three daily meals were good, and the restaurant staff were very nice. However, the hotel could improve by offering more variety and ensuring that the bakery items are fresh daily. A major drawback was the lack of reliable WiFi. Although the hotel claimed it was available in the lobby and other open areas, it rarely worked. While the hotel responded promptly to my requests for repairs, I noticed that when issues were reported by the housekeeping staff, they were often ignored.

Amazing place
10.0We had the most amazing family time. Staff is great , hotel very clean , service is excellent. we arrived around 12:30 PM , and staff checked us in already. Also the rooms booked were garden view , and they got us pool/sea view. It goes without saying the beach there is insane. Overall it was a wonderful time spent , and am glad Carols is still maintaining their quality lever.

4.0very old room furniture that is in a very bad condition, fridge not working, closets and beds almost expired. in general whole hotel needs renovation. level of cleanliness for rooms, restaurants, public toilets very poor. All inclusive offering extremely poor, no bottle of water could be provided but have to go get from water dispenser, no fresh juices, no ice creams, coffee is provided in Nescafe classic only, food quality very poor. staff doesn't help. staff appearance and cleanliness very poor. while hotel pricing is high. hotel should be max 3 starts hotel not 5 at all.
