2.0Room 117 full of mold. Our whole family got sick. Space was not clean. Request to change rooms was denied. Would not refund funds. Melany at front desk was not helpful.

10.0Staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient to basically anything you would want to see or do in Antigua, also pretty convenient for catching shuttles, taxis and tuk-tuks. I think the only complaint I would have is that the water in the shower only stayed warm for about 2 minutes.

8.0Right under the arch, this hotel is an old convent. The room we stayed in is large and rustic, opening out onto an interior garden that is is exquisite. The property is safe and in the middle of the action! It is 2 blocks to the Central Park and a block from the Merced Cathedral. There are restaurants, coffee shops, ATM machines, street venders, tuktuks, taxis, and abundant beauty just steps outside your door.
