6.0It's located in an old residential neighbourhood. Lucky that there's a convenient store downstairs. The eateries around are of very poor quality. Not desirable as a tourist accommodation.

2.0There is a cockroach problem at this property. We found dead cockroaches on our hotel floor. They also sprayed strong pesticides every Fridays, which really irritated our throats. The WiFi is also not very usable for business travelers.

10.0Stayed in the two bedroom apartment for 3 nights. Apartment is big with two bathrooms. Many eateries nearby. There is also a manicure shop and spas/massages nearby. For shopping, Cocopark is about 15-20mins walk.
