My favorite place to stay at Marrakech
10.0I stayed in the hostel, and it was a very nice, clean, and welcoming place. I also met some amazing people during my stay. A special thank you to Ilham at reception for her great service and lovely energy. She was very warm, welcoming, and always made guests feel comfortable. I would also like to thank the two barmen for being friendly, kind, and attentive, and for providing such good service. The staff also organized a screening of the World Cup final for the guests. Even though I do not really watch football, I thought it was a great idea because everyone gathered around the pool and bar area to watch, talk, and meet new people. It created a really friendly and social atmosphere. This has become my favorite place to stay in Marrakech. I come back whenever I visit the city or pass through Marrakech. I highly recommend it!
Beautiful place, would be perfect with minor improvements.
8.0The tile work is beautiful and has ample and relaxing common areas. The rooftop is a great plus, as well as the fact that you step out and you are already amidst shops/souks.
− Late-night check-in staff can be cold and grudging. The wi-fi would stop working often, so it was hard to work remotely. The sheets do get changed, but the actual bunk frames could be better cleaned and cleared of dust/residue.
