10.0We had a great time. Enjoyed the ocean right below our deck and hearing the crashing waves. Spent most of our time out on the deck. The place was clean and very nicely decorated. The only negative was there was no hot water for our showers. But it I still give it an excellent rating.

8.0We have been here now a couple of times and love it. A couple things you need to know if you're reading the other comments: Elite apartment is the only one that has the south balcony over the ocean (it is rentable and not the owners suite). The other two say resort view as you can't see the ocean from your apartment but can right outside your door on your deckbetween the buildings. The wall switches control the BOTTOM outlets. If the lamps are plugged into those, the switches work. The bed is super comfy and the rest of the inside furniture, well, is not. It is furniture that a college kid brought home. But who the heck is sitting inside when you have a balcony over the ocean. Have yet to turn on the tv when we have been here. Malibu Farms is amazing. The 3.9 is because no one appreciates the unisual menu but if you try it... and is within walking distance. Go to Ralphs a mile and a half west for supplies when you get here and then you are coming east on PCH to get into the property. Yes, high tide makes the beach unwalkable sometimes. You are right on the beach, it happens. Love this place for a peaceful getaway.
