10.0The location is 30m away from 7-11. 10-15 mins walk to the sunrise and pattaya beach. Room is clean, with 2 single beds and 2 double beds. Staff is helpful, but speak limited English Was a returning customer after 14 years. Host is still helpful as usual. The host is helpful on replying my doubts and question through the apps.
− Hope it could provide breakfast. But restaurant is closed during low season. Recalled 14 years ago, this is the restaurant i had the best food in koh lipe

10.0The location of this property is superb for the price you pay, you can walk anywhere on the island easily and it is a good value for what you pay. You’re not on the beach, but you’re spending half the price and you can walk to numerous gorgeous beaches within 5-12 minutes. Very near walking street and 711. There are great restaurants right outside. The staff is VERY kind and accommodating. I got sick with the flu and the missed my boat so I had to extend several nights and they were extremely easy and accommodating. It is very clean. The WiFi works well. The bed is not hard (huge plus for me). I would stay again for sure

10.0I have stayed 4 hotels and resorts in Lipe and I have to say this is my favorite. Location: right next to 7/11 and just 5 minutes walk to sunrise beach. It’s quite clean and I didn’t see a single insect during my stay here, which is really important to me. When I stayed at other hotels/resorts, they were tooooo ‘wild’ for me with all those big insects. The staff - receptionist was super sweet and also the owner was quite nice and helpful. They were literally helping me for everything - best service! I would definitely stay here again next time.

Getting to the resort:
Please note that speedboat transfers to Sunrise Beach are only available during the low peak seasons from 16 May - 16 October. The rest of the year, from November - April, guests are to take the ferry to Pattaya Beach.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
